Join the Go Ape team as an Attendant and be part of a highly skilled and dynamic group that values collaboration and innovation. As an Attendant you will be responsible for checking in guests managing bookings selling merchandise and ensuring every customer has a tree-mendous experience from start to finish.
Essential Functions
- Greet and welcome all guests with exceptional customer service
- Manage bookings and process transactions efficiently
- Answer phones and assist customer inquiries
- Demonstrate and up-sell merchandise to enhance guest experience
- Communicate effectively with course staff for guest safety
- Maintain clean and organized cabin areas
- Assist guests with equipment and inspections
- Support site maintenance needs and uphold company standards
- Be a brand ambassador for Go Ape and embody the organizations values
- Perform other duties as required
- Generally must be at least 16 years of age or older subject to location and state.
