Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technology Domain Specialist Wallstreet Platform to join a leading financial services environment. This role requires a hands-on Wallstreet platform SME who can analyse current-state functionality design future integration solutions and support the ongoing stability and evolution of the Wallstreet platform.
The successful candidate will act as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams providing expert insight guidance and ownership from requirements through to delivery and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and document existing Wallstreet platform functionality and its usage across the business
- Lead the solution design of future Wallstreet integration requirements leveraging existing APIs and backend integrations
- Drive the resolution of technical issues impacting platform performance stability and availability
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams ensuring clear communication and successful execution of in-flight initiatives
- Provide expert support guidance and training to internal teams and platform users
- Lead the detailed scoping of new and future Wallstreet product requirements
- Conduct regular platform and product reviews to ensure alignment with business and market needs
Required Skills & Experience
- Deep hands-on experience with the Wallstreet application (essential)
- Proven experience in platform analysis integration design and production support
- Strong understanding of API-based and backend integrations
- Demonstrated ability to design execute and validate requirements end-to-end (cradle to grave)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in complex regulated enterprise or financial services environments (preferred)
