This LISP Operations Manager role is Cape Town-based.

THE ROLE
As LISP Operations Manager you will oversee end-to-end unit trust reconciliations including daily dealing cash movements monthly financial close tax reporting and audit outcomes while driving accuracy control and automation through third-party systems and process improvement.
In parallel you will lead client service recovery and complaints handling ensuring effective investigations root-cause analysis corrective action and enhanced governance to improve client outcomes. You will also manage operations support teams delivering exception handling quality assurance project execution and change initiatives with a strong focus on cross-functional leadership operational efficiency cost reduction and continuous improvement across multiple high-risk business-critical functions.
REQUIREMENTS
BCom in a finance-related field
5 years operations management experience in the financial services industry specifically in a LISP/asset management environment
Expert-level knowledge of unit trust operations pension funds & linked life insurance rules financial/tax reporting controls and specialist client recovery/complaints handling processes
