Being a Support Worker is a vital position focused on supporting children and young people with significant disabilities.
To be considered for this role you must meet one of the following requirements:
Whats on offer:
Competitive base rate of $34.58 to $37.73 per hour casual loadings and shift loadings as per SCHADS Award (Social Community Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010) and Super (12%)
First Aid certificate compliance allowance (pro-rata)
Tax-free salary packaging up to $15900 per year (pro-rata)

About you
As a Support Worker you will have:
Current NSW Drivers Licence and willingness to drive
Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate
A paid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
A National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDISWC)
Willingness to provide consent to be listed on the Residential Care Workers Register (RCWR)
Availability to work across a 24/7 roster
Minimum Certificate IV in Disability Services Community Services or Individual Support OR Identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander or have relevant experience.
A day in the role of a Childrens Services Disability Support Worker
As a Support Worker youll play a vital role in offering essential care and support to children and young people who may be facing various challenges.
Work with individuals assisting with personal care and daily living skills
Plan and attend appointments and activities for social interaction and skill development
Complete daily case notes admin tasks and incident reports
