Job Summary
Join Koch NationaLease as a Mobile Technician II in St. Paul MN. Youll handle advanced diagnostics maintenance and repairs on tractors and trailers in the field. Youll travel to customer and company sites solve complex issues and keep our fleet running safely and efficiently. Location: St. Paul MN
Shift: Monday Friday from 3:30pm midnight
Pay Range: $29.00 - $31.00 /hr (commensurate with experience) Shift Differential Mobile Premium

What youll be doing daily:
- Perform advanced diagnostics maintenance and repairs on tractors and trailers
- Travel to customer and company sites for mobile service calls
- Troubleshoot electrical hydraulic brake and aftertreatment systems
- Complete DOT inspections and ensure compliance with regulations
- Order and install necessary parts for repairs
- Use technical manuals drawings and diagnostic tools to identify issues
- Keep work truck tools and equipment clean and organized
- Train and support entry-level technicians when assigned
- Recommend warranty or follow-up repairs as needed
Knowledge and Skills to be successful:
- 23 years of experience in a related field; shadetree or informal mechanical experience will be considered
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and complete tasks independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in operating and interpreting results from diagnostic equipment and tools
- DOT certification required or willingness to obtain certification upon hire
- Commercial Drivers License (CDL) is a plus
About the Role
The salary grade for this position ranges from $28.53 to $39.93/hr. While offers will be based on experience and qualifications the targeted hiring range for this role is $29.00 - $31.00/hr.
