Were looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our India team.

The Role

As Technical Product Manager youll own the definition development and maintenance of key product areas focused on dashboard reports and other analytics capabilities of the platform. Youll collaborate cross-functionally (Engineering Data UX Customer Success Sales) and take accountability for product-market fit prioritization launch and adoption.

This is a high-impact role: you will shape what our platform surfaces and how our customers consume insights to drive their business outcomes.

What Youll Do

• Serve as the voice of the customer: deeply understand how enterprise security teams operate their Application Security and Vulnerability management workflows to make decisions and drive product design accordingly.
• Define product requirements user stories mock-ups and acceptance criteria and work with UX/Engineering/Data to deliver.
• Partner with Marketing Sales and Customer Success to craft messaging training collateral and go-to-market strategies.
• Interact and collaborate with Support Customer Success and field teams to understand customer issues and drive business outcomes
• Monitor usage adoption customer feedback and business metrics drive continuous improvement and optimization.
• Work with customers and internal teams across geographies to close gaps and open questions in order to drive execution
• Understand market landscape competitive offerings and identify opportunities for differentiation and disruption.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements

• 5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS companies
• Solid experience with B2B SaaS analytics platformsenough to jump into the security space.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with data/engineering to build scalable analytical solutions and visualization layers.
• Excellent interpersonal communication prioritisation skills and ability to work across teams.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent in business engineering computer science or related field.
