Job Summary

Your Mission

As Learning and Development Manager you design and drive the Lineas learning strategy that builds the capabilities Lineas need. This strategy should facilitate Lineas employees to grow develop and perform across all levels and countries. The L&D manager actively builds a strong learning culture and ensures development initiatives that directly support Lineas values strategic ambitions and daily challenges.

Your tasks

Learning Strategy & Governance

  • You develop and manage the annual learning plan balancing strategic priorities with business and employee needs in line with the budget.
  • You oversee all learning activities ensure alignment and efficient resource use secure relevant funding and monitor the impact of learning initiatives to continuously improve programs and tools.

Building a Learning Culture

  • You actively foster a learning mindset across all employee groups from frontline staff to senior leaders in the different countries.
  • You develop refresh and promote a comprehensive learning catalogue that stimulate continuous personal development in all countries.
  • You coordinate communication and promotion activities related to learning and development initiatives.

Leadership Development

  • You make leadership development a top priority across all levels and countries designing and delivering in-house programs that evolve with business needs. You also promote internal management workshops to build strong capable leaders.

Integrate development throughout the Employee Journey

  • You drive development across the entire employee journey from onboarding and team skill-building to internal mobility and performance reviews. You create inspiring onboarding experiences coordinate role-specific learning and training support employees in career transitions and provide tools and guidance to enable regular feedback and growth discussions.

Coordination of talent management process

  • You coordinate the set up and follow up of key talent management processes such as succession planning talent management & development based on the 9-grid leadership development etc.

Learning Programs tools and administration

  • You design and deliver corporate learning programs including e-learning and workshops and support departments in creating training materials via the Litmos platform.
  • You maintain and optimize our learning platform Litmos manage registrations and reporting and coordinate the mentoring program.
  • You contribute to the quality and development of training delivery across the Lineas Academy.

Collaboration & Communication

  • You drive learning initiatives in close partnership with HRBPs translating business priorities and survey insights into impactful projects. You keep leaders informed with clear engaging HR communication and serve as the go-to expert for all learning and development questions across Lineas.

Your profile

  • You are an experienced L&D professional who turns strategy into action.
  • You think conceptually and translate ideas into practical high-impact learning solutions.
  • You manage projects budgets and planning with confidence.
  • You communicate and present clearly in English and Dutch/French.
  • You build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels from employees to leadership and vendors.
  • You have deep knowledge of personal and leadership development learning methods and e-learning tools.
  • You use data to measure track and improve the effectiveness of learning programs.
  • You thrive on people management and enjoy tackling organizational development challenges

Selection process

After an initial brief contact the process includes two interviews:

  • first a conversation with a recruiter and the current L&D Manager;
  • f successful a second interview with the hiring manager.
