Role Specifics and Benefits: In this L&D RN role youll monitor labor progress conduct fetal surveillance perform obstetric assessments and respond swiftly to deviations in maternal or fetal status. Youll support the laboring patient through admission labor progression delivery and immediate postpartum care including newborn stabilization and family education. Youll collaborate with obstetricians midwives and neonatology teams to ensure safe evidence-based outcomes document thoroughly manage analgesia and anesthesia support as permitted and coach families through the birth process.
