Job Summary
RN Contractors are a critical part of the agency and must have experience working in the home health setting. We are looking for individuals that are versatile and dependable. Individuals must have the following:
- Must hold a current license as a Registered Nurse from the Virginia State Board of Nursing.
- Must have experience working in a home care agency.
Job Duties:
- Complete initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments for client admissions.
- Create patient plan of care and reevaluate as necessary.
- Identify any additional patient needs and facilitate appropriate referrals.
- Complete clinical nurse notes in their entirety.
- Facilitate monthly home visits for skilled care.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Schedule:PRN- AsNeeded
Initial Client Admission$125
Client Reassessment: $75
Monthly (Skilled and PDN) Patient Home Visit/quarterly visits: $40
Plan of Care Review: $50
Monthly Staff In-Service Training: $50
Staff Training Class: $200
Skilled Hourly: $50
Private Duty: $50
Personal Care and Respite 60 day visits/home visit/quarterly visits: $35
