Heres how a(n) Marketing & Communications Student contributes to our team:
As a Marketing & Communications Intern you will gain hands-on experience supporting marketing and communications initiatives that elevate PCLs brand contributing to both internal and external efforts. This internship offers exposure to a wide range of projects including proposal and presentation development external and internal communications and event coordination.
Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and editing marketing and communications materials including brochures presentations social media posts and newsletters.
- Support proposal development by gathering information and formatting client-focused documents.
- Contribute to internal communication initiatives.
- Help plan and execute marketing events tradeshows and brand awareness activities.
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with creative services to develop visually compelling materials aligned with PCLs brand standards.
- Monitor social media channels and assist with content scheduling and analytics.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for innovative marketing and communication tactics.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing Communications Public Relations or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Working skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
