Job Summary
The Institute for Pedagogical Innovation Research and Excellence (InsPIRE) drives NTUs commitment to excellence in teaching and learning. Our initiatives in academic integrity educational technology and authentic learning enhance the student experience and strengthen NTUs reputation as a global leader in education innovation. The Senior Assistant Manager position will support the Institutes mission to drive pedagogical innovation promote authentic learning uphold academic integrity and advance excellence in teaching and learning at NTU.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and enhance InsPIREs digital platforms (internet and intranet) including content SEO and upcoming CMS migration.
Lead the update and dissemination of NTUs Academic Integrity handbook e-module and orientation resources involving academic integrity.
Coordinate branding efforts with external vendors and produce InsPIREs bi-annual report.
Support award submissions (e.g. THE QS) and Institute-led events.
Contribute to university-wide education technology initiatives (e-assessment digitization SOPs platform rollout).
Support NTUs Authentic Learning initiative by building partnerships with industry and embedding real-world applications in the classroom.
Undertake ad hoc projects and provide strategic support for upper management.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelors degree (minimum) Masters degree (preferred) preferably in Education Communications or a related field.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in project management communications or higher education administration.
Excellent writing editing and digital content management skills.
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Experience with educational technology AI in education or authentic learning curriculum innovation is an advantage.
Highly organized proactive adaptable and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
