Core Responsibilities & Teaching Scope

  • Visual Expression: Instructing Art and Design across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (GCSE) only.

  • Technical Mastery: Teaching a range of media from traditional painting to digital photography.

  • Professional Standards: Regular meetings with your induction lead to ensure all teaching standards are met and exceeded.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Essential Requirements: Hold or be soon to obtain QTS. Relevant Degree in Art or Design.

  • Salary: Paid on the Teachers Pay Scale (M/UPS) with Inner London weighting.

  • Support: Bespoke ECT induction and a dedicated studio technician.
