We are growing rapidly and were looking for a sharp-minded creative leader for our Creative department.

You will manage an outstanding team report to the company founders and work hand in hand with our global team and clients in a fast-paced dynamic environment to achieve creative excellence and take us to the next level.

What Youll Do:

• Lead the Creative Vision: Inspire and develop trendsetting next-level creative work that sets industry standards. Youll define and push creative boundaries ensuring our clients stand out in a competitive marketplace.
  
  

• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Manage and inspire two creative teams (8-10 members) including graphic designers and After Effects specialists fostering an environment of growth innovation and excellence. As a mentor youll guide teach and challenge your team to consistently exceed expectations.
  
  

• Client Relationships: Lead client creative meetings and presentations showcasing your ability to pitch bold creative concepts and strategies that align with client objectives. Youll be the voice of creative brilliance in client discussions.
  
  

• AI & Innovation Focus: Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and incorporate them into our creative processes. Were looking for someone who can leverage AI to unlock new creative possibilities ensuring that Moburst leads the way in integrating AI with mobile marketing.
  
  

• Creative Execution & Quality Control: Ensure creative concepts are executed within the agreed strategy timelines and budgets. Youll ensure that every deliverable maintains a high standard of excellence and aligns with client goals.
  
  

What You Should Bring:

• Award-Winning Portfolio: A proven track record of high-impact award-winning creative work across various clients and industries. Youve successfully translated complex ideas into creative solutions that wow audiences.
  
  

• Extensive Experience: At least 10 years of creative experience with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role at a creative agency. You understand how to lead teams craft compelling creative strategies and drive results.
  
  

• Proven Team Leader: Experience managing and scaling creative teams with the ability to inspire and get the best out of your team members. You should know how to manage the balance between creativity and productivity.
  
  

• AI Orientation: A strong interest or experience with AI-powered creative tools or methodologies. Were looking for someone with a forward-thinking mindset who can take creative strategies to the next level with cutting-edge technology.
  
  

• Dynamic & People-Centric: A no-ego approachable leader with a dynamic personality. You excel in engaging with different audiences and influencing decision-makers. Your communication and interpersonal skills are second to none.
