We are looking for a Junior Product Engineer reporting directly to the CEO who wants to grow in a product-driven environment learn by building real solutions and develop strong engineering fundamentals.
About the Role
This is a product engineering role not a language-specialist position.
We are not looking for experts in a specific framework but for people who know how to program think logically and want to understand the product they are building.
As a Junior Product Engineer you will:
- Contribute to the development of product features across the stack.
- Report to the CEO translating business strategy into technical execution.
- Work closely with more senior engineers product and business teams.
- Write clean maintainable code that runs in production.
- Participate in code reviews and gradually take ownership of components.
- Gain exposure to system design data and cloud infrastructure.
What Were Looking For
- 02 years of experience or strong junior profile with hands-on projects.
- Solid programming fundamentals (logic data structures APIs).
- Curiosity and willingness to understand the business and product context.
- Ability to work collaboratively and ask the right questions.
- Fluency in Spanish is required. English is essential.
