Job Summary
A premier Physical Therapy chain dedicated to patient-centered care is seeking a full-time licensed Physical Therapist in Queens or Brooklyn NY. We provide individualized care plans including chronic pain management. Our team takes pride in delivering personalized one-on-one patient care. In this dynamic role you will:
- Provide expert outpatient orthopedic care (post-op rehab chronic pain management)
- Develop personalized goal-oriented care plans for patients
- Collaborate with wellness professionals to achieve holistic patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and
- Pursue professional growth through clinical specialization or leadership opportunities.
To be successful in this position you must possess:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in NY (or currently in the licensure process).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
- Excellent communication skills with a strong commitment to patient-centered care
- Team-oriented attitude with a growth mindset and
- Bilingual abilities (e.g. Spanish or Arabic) are big plus.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday With at least 2 Saturdays per month.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Full-time: $95K-$110K
