* Minimum 3 years of experience inleading QA activities including test planning execution and reporting.
* Proven experience in Functional Test Automation with a focus on designing robust test strategies and frameworks.
* Exposure to test management and defect tracking tools like JIRA Octane or similar.
* Strong QA automation experience (using tools like Selenium TestNG Cucumber framework.)
* Understanding of self-healing test automation techniques.)

* Experience as testing engineer with emphasis on IVR telecommunications domain (with CTI Agent functionalities ) in contact center space.

* Prior experience with using Cyara tool and creating test cases in Cyara
* Basic understanding of AI-driven quality assurance approaches.
* Methodical and systematic approach to testing.
* Experience with REST API automation tools such as Rest or Postman.
* Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
* Test Management Tools: JIRA TestRail Octane.
* Version Control: Git Bitbucket
