Summary:

Entry-level Technician responsible for creating and producing aircraft placards ID plates spray masks and wire stamping
Reads and interprets engineering drawings and customer specifications to determine correct colors fonts dimensions and materials
Uses graphic design and production software (Adobe Illustrator Gerber Omega PDFs) to design and produce placards
Operates foil printers sign-cutting equipment engravers wire stampers and related equipment
Produces exterior paint masking and foreign-language placards to meet aircraft and registration requirements
Maintains documentation and material traceability to ensure FAA and inspection compliance
Performs equipment maintenance inventory monitoring and supports process improvements
Adapts to changing schedules and supports aircraft production timelines

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum 1 year of computer experience; graphic design experience preferred
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and similar graphic/production software
Ability to use precision measurement tools
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to follow SOPs safety policies and quality requirements
Working knowledge of Policies & Procedures Inspection Manuals and Process Specifications preferred
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
