Responsibilities
Program CNC lathes using Mastercam
Perform complete machine setups and prove-outs
Interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Select tooling and determine machining strategies
Run first articles and verify part accuracy
Make program adjustments as needed
Maintain tight tolerances and high-quality standards
Minimize scrap through careful planning and execution
Perform multiple setups throughout the week (often multiple per day)
Troubleshoot machining challenges and production variables
Maintain a clean and organized work area
