Job Summary

Job Title: Telecaller

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken Telecaller with an Electronics background to handle outbound and inbound calls generate leads and support sales and service coordination. The ideal candidate should have basic technical understanding of electronic products and be comfortable explaining them to customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

-Make outbound calls to prospective customers to explain electronic / automation products and services

-Handle inbound customer calls and respond to queries professionally

-Understand customer requirements and qualify leads for the sales team

-Provide basic technical information about products such as sensors panels wiring systems automation devices etc.

-Coordinate with sales technical and service teams for follow-ups and appointments

-Maintain accurate call records lead data and follow-up status in CRM or Excel

-Follow communication scripts while adapting to customer conversations

-Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead targets

Required Skills and amp; Qualifications

-Diploma / ITI / Bachelors degree in Electronics Electrical or related field

-13 years of experience as a tele caller / customer support (electronics industry preferred)

-Basic understanding of electronic components systems or home automation products

-Good communication skills in English and local language(s)

-Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms

-Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel CRM tools email)

Preferred Skills

-Hindi natural speaker is mandatory.

-Experience in electronics home automation ELV or electrical products

-Prior lead generation or sales support experience

-Customer-oriented approach with persuasive communication skills
