Job Summary
Lead QS / Commercial Lead required for our client a global project management consultancy who is supporting the delivery of a large-scale Multi-billion Euro () data centre construction project in Charleroi Belgium
The role will take ownership of all the commercial and cost management of major construction packages acting as a senior client-facing lead. Responsibilities include cost planning estimating procurement support QTOs as well as leading and mentoring a project cost team.
Candidates must have extensive experience in quantity surveying or cost management on large complex construction projects ideally within data centres life sciences or similar technically demanding projects. A consultancy or client-side background is preferred along with strong stakeholder management and leadership capability.
This is a site-based role 5 days per week in Belgium. Candidates must already have the right to work in the EU as no visa sponsorship is available.
