Working timing - 9 am to 6 pm.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer with strong banking domain knowledge to design develop and maintain enterprise-level BI solutions. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with Power BI DAX SSAS Tabular models and data warehouse concepts and be comfortable working with secure governed data environments common in banks.

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for banking and financial data

Develop and optimize DAX measures calculated columns and KPIs

Work with SSAS Tabular Cube models and semantic layers

Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and Object-Level Security (OLS) as per banking security requirements

Connect Power BI reports with Power BI Report Server (On-Premises)

Perform data modeling using Star Schema and Snowflake Schema concepts

Work closely with data warehouse teams to understand source data and business logic

Ensure report performance data accuracy and compliance with banking standards

Support UAT production deployment and issue resolution

Required Skills & Technical Expertise

5–6 years of experience in Power BI development

Strong banking domain knowledge (retail banking corporate banking finance risk etc.)

Excellent command over DAX

Hands-on experience with SSAS Tabular models

Strong understanding of Data Warehouse concepts

Expertise in Star Schema data modeling

Experience with Power BI Report Server (On-Prem)

Strong knowledge of Power Query (M Language)

Experience implementing RLS and OLS

Good understanding of performance tuning and best practices

Good to Have

Experience with large banking datasets and complex KPIs

Knowledge of ETL processes (SSIS / ADF is a plus)

Experience working in regulated environments

Soft Skills

Good communication and documentation skills

Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
