Job Summary
Job Title: Program Manager
Location: Dallas TX (Onsite/Hybrid)

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager with strong ERP system knowledge and proven leadership skills to manage large teams and deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan execute and close projects ensuring alignment with business objectives timelines and budget constraints.
- Manage and lead a team of 30 members (both onsite and offshore) ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
- Oversee ERP-related programs and ensure successful implementation and integration.
- Monitor project progress mitigate risks and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
- Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
- ERP Systems Knowledge: Strong understanding of ERP platforms and their implementation.
- Leadership: Experience managing large teams (30 members) across onsite and offshore locations.
- Project Management: Expertise in planning execution risk management and stakeholder communication.
- Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP or similar project management certification.
- Experience in ERP migration or large-scale ERP projects.
