dedicated and highly professional Executive Assistant to support the Director and contribute to the efficiency of our leadership team.

Role Overview

The Executive Assistant will work closely with the Director to manage schedules coordinate
operations and handle confidential information with utmost integrity.
The ideal candidate must be disciplined reliable and capable of managing multifaceted responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Administrative Support

Manage the Directors daily schedule appointments and meetings.
Organize calendar activities and provide timely reminders.
Draft review and manage emails letters reports and presentations.
Prepare minutes of meetings MIS reports and follow-up trackers.

Operational Coordination

Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of tasks assigned by the
Director.

Monitor ongoing projects deadlines and status updates.
Conduct research and prepare data for decision-making.

Communication & Representation

Act as a professional point of contact between the Director and staff/clients/vendors.
Manage calls messages and correspondence.
Facilitate communication for meetings reviews and operational discussions.

Travel & Logistics

Plan travel itineraries accommodations and transportation for the Director.
Accompany the Director for meetings or site visits when required.

Confidential Document Handling

Maintain strict confidentiality of company information documents and discussions.
Ensure systematic filing and record-keeping.

Candidate Requirements

Male candidates only (due to job nature late hours travel and on-field coordination
Minimum Graduate; MBA or Administrative/Management background preferred.
2-5 years of experience as EA/PA/Admin Coordinator.
Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi) and strong drafting ability.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) email etiquette and
Strong organizational time-management and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure handle urgent tasks and be available for extended
hours.
Smart presentable and proactive with high professional integrity.
