Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning a program event calendar across the Asia Pacific region.
- Supervises regional and local events whether physical virtual or hybrid.
- Manage marketing agencies and liaise with local MU support team in preparing logistics required for smooth deployment of events.
- Coordinates with vendor speakers and partners across the region.
- Reviews and analyzes event feedback and evaluations
- Develops project budgets and monitors expenditures
- Processes purchase requisitions and payment requests
- Provides pre post event reports and analysis
- Oversees intern activities
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
- Marketing PR or Communications graduate; or any related course
- At least two to three years experience in Event coordination and marketing administrative work.
- IT Industry background or interest.
- Knowledge in MS teams On24 and other platforms are preferred.
- Excellent attention to details.
- Profound experience and skills in event planning and preparation (physical online and hybrid events)
