We are currently looking for a:

Kennywood - Security Dispatcher

Roles & Responsibilities:

Security team members are responsible for maintaining a safe environment for guests and employees. The perfect candidate should have an eye for detail a knack for problem-solving and an ability to remain calm in stressful situations. Prior security dispatch experience is a plus.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Report and dispatch on security incidents and threats
Oversee and report on security surveillance
Maintain and review security records; periodically report on trends anomalies and concerns

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age
Prior dispatch experience preferred
Ability to address multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent customer service skills ability to resolve questions problems issues and concerns
Strong communications understanding of the English language
Must haveflexible schedule availability including holidays and weekends
