Lead Software Developer

Hamburg - Hybrid - 1 day per week

What Youll Do

Design and build modern scalable IT systems based on user and stakeholder feedback
Ensure system stability and minimal downtime
Act quickly on critical production issues
Work closely with Operations (Development Project Management AI Process teams)
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Sales Marketing Backoffice and People teams
Take technical ownership and guide best practices across the team

What Youll Bring

Proven professional software development experience
Leadership experience in a technical environment
Strong hands-on skills in JavaScript TypeScript and React
German language skills at B2 level or higher
Confident communicator who works at eye level with stakeholders
Structured detail-oriented and able to see the bigger picture
