Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Customer Service Team
  • Communicate effectively with customers suppliers Managers and internal departments to deliver exceptional service.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute ideas to enhance team and company performance
  • Coordinate workloads and manage team rotas to meet key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Audit customer supplier and documentation for accuracy and timeliness
  • Provide support during operational challenges
  • Foster a culture of learning and development within the team conducting regular one-to-one meetings and maintaining accurate training and performance records
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies procedures and regulatory developments taking responsibility for your own professional growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a customer-focused environment delivering excellence and meeting deadlines
  • Demonstrated supervisory skills and experience leading small teams
  • A genuine enthusiasm for travel and a strong understanding of our unique products and services
  • Experience working in a busy telephone-based environment
  • Proficiency in IT including Microsoft Office Suite (Windows Outlook Excel etc.)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving decision-making and influencing skills
  • A proactive self-assured approach with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
