Duties
- Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily restaurant operations events and conferences.
- Supervise front-of-house staff including bar staff waiters runners and cleaners.
- Handle complaints schedule changes kitchen issues and stock problems calmly.
- Oversee food and beverage operations across the estate as a proactive team player.
- Manage multiple tasks during peak times delegate effectively and keep things efficient.
- Train new staff and provide ongoing training to meet and exceed company standards.
- Deliver excellent customer service interact with guests professionally and resolve issues politely.
- Coordinate with the team to hit sales targets boost customer satisfaction and follow procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an assistant managerial role (wed consider sommeliers too).
- Strong leadership motivation and people skills.
- Hands-on hardworking attitude with the ability to multitask and stay level-headed.
- Passion for hospitality well-presented and service-oriented.
