The Lane Group is a proud family-owned multi-franchise automotive dealership group who represent six leading automotive brands and a successful used vehicle operation. We are recognised for our commitment to quality innovation and exceptional customer service and as part of our continued growth we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fleet Consultant to join our professional team.

You will be responsible for managing all Fleet operations ensuring that vehicles are delivered and presented in accordance with our contractual agreements with our clients.

Your key responsibilities include:

Regular visits to fleet/ rental/ business location via appointments
Promote our brands of Ford Mitsubishi Hyundai Kia Nissan and Suzuki
Ensuring all additional specifications for the fleet vehicles are compliant with our contractual requirements.
Ensuring accurate record keeping of deals through Titan DMS system.

Desirable skills & experience:

5 years experienced fleet rep with loyal clients
Strong decision-making negotiation and influencing skills
Demonstrated project management and change management expertise
A highly collaborative style/approach with proven success engaging a wide stakeholder group to drive/deliver significant improvements
Proven success managing stakeholder expectations/needs and a high level of customer centricity.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
Results orientation with a preference for getting things done!
