POSITION: Before School ST Math Enrichment Teacher - Westfield River ElementaryQUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors degree and/or enrolled in a teaching certification program at a college or university; experience teaching elementary school students TO: Principal or Principal DesigneeRESPONSIBILITIES:Under the direction of authorized administrators the teacher shall:Develop a curriculum that utilizes ST Math to teach the skills and concepts of mathematics to students in grades 1 and 2 prioritizing below proficient and facilitate before-school sessions ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all student progress in mathematics providing feedback and support as technology and materials for curriculum ensuring all necessary resources are available for student a positive inclusive atmosphere where all students feel valued and confident to take academic other duties assigned by the building OF EMPLOYMENT3 hours per week (2 hrs teaching/1 hr prep) for 18 weeks (.5 prep) Not to exceed 54 hours totalSALARY$42.50 per hourDATES OF EMPLOYMENT Feb 2 - June:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.
