WhatYoullDo:
Provide one-on-one home health nursing care to pediatric patients in their homesand at schoolfollowing an individualized home health plan of care
Work closely with families and case managers to ensure the highest level of pediatric home health care.
Deliver home health nursing interventions that match your skill level and comfort.
Requirements:
Current credentials as either a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Valid AHA-BLS CPR course completion (Infant Child & Adult)-ONLINE not accepted without the hands-onportioncompleted
FBI and Child AbuseClearances (one-yearshelf life) (provided byeKidzCare if needed)
Recent Two-Step Tuberculosis test (one year shelf life) Chest X-ray (6-monthshelf life)or Blood Test (Upon Hire)(provided byeKidzCare if needed)
Applicants must have at least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)or must be willing toparticipatein theeKidzCareNew Grad Training Program
