Reporting to the Head of a Banca Partnership you are responsible for driving the partnerships bancassurance sales in the Priority Onshore Banking segment. You will also need to manage internal and external stakeholders at a senior level on various strategic and operations related matters.Job Description:
Lead a team of business development managers in achieving the bancassurance sales targets of the Priority Onshore Banking segment
Develop and work with the bank stakeholders to drive segments within the partnership and in the process devise and execute propositions to raise productivity within these segments
Propose position and execute initiatives of the partnership that will achieve the companys objectives particularly in the areas High Net Worth and enterprise solutions
Drive the formulation of the overall product development strategy and solutions including distributor engagement and initiatives to drive sales
