Job Summary

Join the ECI groups Professional Technical Services Network as an experiencedIT Change Management Practitionerto support the SEAm Aspire Program within the Trading & Supply (T&S) and Endur landscape.
This is a Houston based twelve month contract role with an anticipated start date of January 15 2026 and ending December 31 2026.

Note: No visa sponsorships are available at this time for this position.

This role will partner closely with IT and business stakeholders to drive structured change management activities supporting system transformation process improvements and organizational ideal candidate brings strong hands-on change management experience within complex IT programs preferably inTrading & Supply and Endur environments and can lead change initiatives from strategy through execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute change management activities across one or more IT workstreams within large transformation programs.
  • Develop and managechange management plans including stakeholder engagement communications training and adoption strategies.
  • Conductchange impact assessmentsand define mitigation actions to support successful adoption.
  • Design and deliver change deliverables to a business-ready standard.
  • Partner with IT Program and Project Managers to integrate change activities into delivery plans.
  • Drive measurable business outcomes through effective change execution for bothAgile and traditional project environments.
  • Collaborate with peers across the organization to ensure consistency in change approach and messaging.
  • Support the business in building long-term change capability and sustainability.
  • Foster an environment of engagement collaboration and continuous improvement.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience inIT Change Managementwithin large complex organizations
  • Strong experience in:
    • Change Strategy & Planning
    • Change Impact Assessment & Execution
    • Stakeholder Management
    • Communications Planning & Delivery
    • Change Measurement & Adoption Metrics
    • Learning Needs Assessment
    • Organizational Design & Deployment
  • Experience supportingIT transformation or system implementations
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Required Domain Experience

  • Trading & Supply (T&S)
  • Endur (hands-on recent experience required)

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting large-scale transformation or ERP/Trading system initiatives
  • Exposure to energy trading or downstream business environments
  • Change Management certification (e.g. APMG Prosci) preferred
  • Experience working within global matrixed organizations
