- Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
- Overseeing food preparation and presentation
- Collaborating with management to plan Banquet Events

- Manage Food Cost
- Maintain a par of items for the operation
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Culinary Leader or in a similar role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Culinary Experience
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
