What youll be doing

• Assisting customers with inquiries
• Preparing invoices and quotations
• customs documents
• Warehouse dispatches
• Coordinate product shipments
• Maintain accountability for costs whilst providing excellent customer service
• Support order processing
• Manage relevant documentation
• Assist with reporting
• Collaborate to ensure smooth sales and logistics operations across the UK

What youll bring

• Business education with focus on economics or logistics
• Professional experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of logistics supply chain and sales processes
• Previous experience in handling full set shipping documents
• Good knowledge of quotation preparation order processing and managing invoices
• Proficient in PC skills including MS Office as well as dealing with an ERP system (Oracle SAP or Infor)
• The ability to work independently an entrepreneurial mindset and a customer service orientation
• Outgoing personality and strong communication skills
• Well-organized able to multitask and a good team player
• Fluent in English written and verbal
