Position Summary:

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Manager Station Operations at out station in Paisley.

Salary up to 75K dependent on experience

What you will be doing:

  • Directing coaching and developing team leaders and team members to ensure they provide highest possible service in a safe and compliant operational environment

  • Educating your team on current processes and procedures targets and goals

  • Making sure all activities are in line with company goals and regulatory requirements

  • Overseeing operational projects and initiatives to ensure planned results are delivered on time and within budget

  • Managing and controlling your stations costs and budget

  • Leading continuous optimisation and improvement of business processes

  • Ensuring your stations accurate and timely reporting


What do you bring with you:

  • Experience in a leadership role

  • Transport Manager CPC

  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to plan and organise meticulously

  • Strong communication and social skills and ability to present to a wide audience confidently

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Experience with leading / delivering projects

  • Excellent judgement and decision-making skills
