About the role:
- Provide clear practical advice manage complex applications and reviews and help drive continuous improvement across processes communications and projects.
- Advise on licensing applications statutory interpretation administrative law issues and regulatory policy.
- Support internal and external review processes for licensing decisions.
- Support the Director in leading the Licensing and Registry teams.
The ideal candidate:
- Sound administrative law judgment and ability to make practical defensible recommendations in complex frameworks.
- Proven ability to write clearly for senior leaders and committees and communicate confidently with practitioners and regulators.
- Strong organisation and project management skills including meeting statutory deadlines
- Comfortable operating in a stakeholder-heavy environment and influencing outcomes with professionalism and discretion.
