Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your planning and scheduling expertise in a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.

Youll play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects by managing schedules aligning priorities and influencing stakeholders. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (Projects Engineering and Operations).

Youll specifically take care of developing and updating schedules for critical projects.

Well look to you for:

  • Developing and updating project schedules to meet On Time Delivery (OTD) targets

  • Compiling and evaluating time-related data effectively communicating results in various formats

  • Generating effective scenarios to address schedule challenges

  • Advising on time-related contractual disputes and supporting decision-making

  • Influencing the alignment of stakeholders schedules

  • Developing and managing documentation for projects and scheduling processes

  • Contributing to the development and deployment of company planning standards and training

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a full-time planning and scheduling role

  • Industry-related background preferably in rail or infrastructure

  • Knowledge of scheduling tools and techniques including proficiency in one tool (e.g. OdyC Primavera) and working knowledge of another (e.g. Kinaxis MS Project TILOS)

  • Advanced understanding of scheduling theory and methods such as Earned Value Management (EVM)

  • Fluency in English

  • Advanced capabilities in MS Excel or other data analysis tools

  • Working knowledge of time-related contractual practices and delay analysis methods

  • Comprehensive knowledge of railway industry products technologies and their dependencies

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Adaptability in a multi-cultural and rapidly changing environment
