SUMMARY OF ROLE
Responsible for Zeus Petruzalek Romania operations in Organized Trade channel.
P&L ownership of the allocated channel and operational independence.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development: Develop new categories/product ranges with current customers and contract new customers within the allocated channel.
Build strong partnership with all relevant stake holders in allocated accounts based on trust and win/win mindset.
Understanding customers business & needs and identifying new business opportunities within Group portfolio.
Identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing new tools and processes.
Prepare sales forecast according to sales account portfolio analysis and sustain the implementation.
Monitor stocl to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed goods for the customer

SCOPE OF POSITION
Position reports directly to Country Manager and is expected to closely coordinate with Logistics and Finance team.
The role does not have line management responsibility.
LOCATION
This position is located at Zeus Petruzalek Bucharest office and will require travel to customers with some occasional international travel.

Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Keen attention to detail and adherence to procedures and deadlines
Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
Computer skills including Excel / Word / Outlook - Intermediate level is a minimum
Knowledge and Experience
Experience working with Organized Trade customers (Local and International Retail Chains) is a must.
Experience in packaging industry is preferred.
Flexible in approach capable of prioritising numerous work streams.
Excellent planning organisation and administration skills
Previous experience with business and working as a sales representative for at least 2 years is required
Personal Attributes
Natural relationship builder with integrity reliability and maturity
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Comfortable with building recommendation papers and other reports by analysing data
Team player
Qualifications
Computer skills including Excel / Word / Outlook - Intermediate level is a minimum.
Good command of English language.
Clean Full Driving License and ability to travel to customer sites on a weekly basis
Clean criminal record
