Overview
Join Subaru of Evergreen Park as a Sales Closer & Finance Manager! Were looking for a results-driven professional who can close car sales and personally manage all finance & insurance (F&I) responsibilities when needed.
If you thrive as a self starter who does not need to be told what to doin a fast-paced dealership environment and love helping customers drive away happy train and develop sales associates and make healthy profits for the dealership we want you on our team!
What Youll Do:
Consistently TO and close vehicle sales for the desk managers while providing an exceptional customer experience
Actively handle F&I transactions including financing insurance and add-on products whenever required
Collaborate with the sales team to hit goals and maximize revenue
Ensure compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience in auto sales closing and hands-on F&I management
Strong knowledge of financing leasing and insurance products
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
High integrity and attention to detail
