Internship IT Training @ IT Strategy & Transformation Management (m/f/d)
HUGO BOSS AG Metzingen near Stuttgart Germany Full-time

We are looking for a motivated intern (full-time) to join ourIT Training team (as part of the IT Marketing & Change Management team)startingMarch 2026for6 months. In this role with a strong focus on learning development you will gain hands-on experience in IT training strategy and coordination as well as change management while actively contributing to ourWe Love Techstrategy.

What you can expect:
  • Support the design and implementation of our updated IT training strategy
  • Assist in creating and producing e-learning content for our IT training portfolio
  • Provide administrative support for our Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Explore and apply innovative tools for training development including GenAI-powered platforms to make IT training more engaging and effective
  • Coordinate training sessions and other ongoing learning activities
  • Contribute to operational marketing and change management tasks within the global S/4 HANA implementation project
  • Help design and execute targeted communication across various channels and media
  • Support content creation (graphics text video)
  • Assist in organizing coordinating and facilitating marketing events and workshops
Your profile:
  • You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration Human Resources Psychology Communication Education Media or a comparable field
  • Strong interest in Learning and Development Change Management and digital training concepts
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills (German and English)
  • Affinity for digital tools and systems (e.g. LMS collaboration tools MS Office / M365)
  • First experience or strong interest in content creation training materials or internal communications
  • Structured reliable and independent working style
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a dynamic environment
  • Hands-on mentality and willingness to learn new topics quickly
  • Team player with a proactive and open mindset
