Job Summary
What does a Supervisor do
Opening and closing the restaurant
Supervising employees including juniors
Training and Development of all staff to achieve outstanding results
Opening and/or closing store
Training new employees
Monitoring store performance and meeting KPIs
Handling customer complaints and concerns
Food Preparation including deep fryer/grill use
Cash handling and register operation
Cleaning and maintaining the store
Qualifications :
The right candidate will have:
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Great communication skills and ability to talk to customers
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and commitment to food safety and hygiene
Availability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and school holidays
Prior experience in a fast-paced fast food restaurant desirable but not essential

- Food Safety Certificate - Im Alert Food Safety Course - FREE online
- Working rights - passport and visa grant for international workers
