Duties and Responsibilities:
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing typing copying binding scanning etc.
- Conduct data entry
- Signing up GPs/SHs to workshops/re-trainings and monitoring their attendance
- Requesting necessary workshops from EA
- Cooperate with HR administration on written reprimand creation as well as contact GPs/SHs for signing
- Set bonuses for quit employees
- Assign/Reassign GPs/SHs to team manager
- Creating different reports
- Assisting Team Managers with paperwork and operations department with other administrative work
Qualifications :
Skills and Competences:
- 9 Months experience in Evolution
- Full Professional Working Proficiency in English and Georgian written and verbal
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially excel)
- Good communication skills
- Time management skills
- Attention to details
- Adaptability flexibility and mobility
- High sense of responsibility
