About the Role
Seamless Assist is a fast-growing founder-led services company. We are hiring an Operations Manager (Founder Ops) to own day-to-day execution across the business so the founder does not need to be involved in daily operations.
This is not an Executive Assistant role.
This role exists to run the operating system of the company: coordinating teams enforcing follow-through building systems and ensuring work actually gets done across sales marketing recruiting account management and internal operations.
You will act as the founders right hand for execution translating priorities into action eliminating bottlenecks and keeping the business moving forward without constant oversight.
What Youll Own
Company Operations

Own the day-to-day operational flow of Seamless Assist

Ensure priorities move forward and nothing falls through the cracks

Turn ambiguity and chaos into clear processes and systems
Cross-Function Coordination
Accountability & Follow-Through
-
Track commitments made in meetings and conversations
-
Assign owners and deadlines
-
Follow up consistently and without fear
-
Escalate only when necessary
Systems & Process Building
-
Document how the business actually runs today
-
Improve SOPs over time
-
Build trackers dashboards and operating rhythms
-
Create clarity where there currently isnt any
Founder Bandwidth Protection
- Manage the founders priorities calendar and inbox as a decision-filter not a scheduler
-
Reduce interruptions and context switching
-
Pre-solve problems before they reach the founder
-
Ensure the founder is involved only in high-leverage decisions
Light Property Oversight (Minor Portion of Role)

Coordinate basic follow-ups related to existing real estate properties
-
Track vendors invoices and tasks
-
No renovation leadership or heavy real estate ownership required
What This Role Does Not Own

Company vision or strategy
-
Product or service direction
-
Marketing strategy execution (you coordinate not run campaigns)

Closing sales
-
Hiring decisions made independently
You ensure these areas are executed not defined.
What Were Looking For
Required
- 610 years experience in operations executive support or founder-adjacent roles
-
Experience acting as a right-hand to a founder or senior leader
- Strong judgment and comfort making day-to-day decisions independently
-
Proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders
-
Excellent written and verbal English
-
Comfortable enforcing accountability and deadlines
-
Systems-oriented mindset

How Success Is Measured
After 90 days:

The founder is no longer the default escalation path
-
Projects move forward without reminders
-
Teams know exactly who to go to for operational decisions

The founder receives updates instead of checking in
-
The business feels calmer clearer and more predictable
Compensation
