Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-quality kitchen.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional training.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and a deep passion for cooking.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of modern cooking techniques and culinary trends.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards in food quality and presentation.
  • Excellent command of English; Dutch is a plus.
