Job Summary
JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION TITLE: Senior Software Engineer (UI/UX Developer)
WORKING LOCATION: Bangalore
SHIFT TIMING: 8.00 am to 5.00 pm OR 12.00 pm to 9.00 pm IST
WORK MODE: 3 Days hybrid office & 2 Days WFH
Primary Responsibilities:
- Here are some specific responsibilities that this role requires:
- Translate concepts into wireframes and mock-ups that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Design and deliver these wireframes and mock-ups.
- Take a user-centric design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
- Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core and new functions and features.
- Collaborate with other team(s) and stakeholders.
- Adopt the designs to the larger application theme and improve the user experience
Skills required:
- A solid grasp of user-centered design and testing methodologies subsystems and usability and accessibility concerns.
- Ability to work with business stakeholders to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet product needs and vision
- Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions and deep understanding of responsive design
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate and document design processes ideas and solutions to teams
- Be open to receive feedback and constructive criticism.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Engineering Computer Science or equivalent.
- At least 2-4 years of UX design experience and at least 2 years of experience in designing complex solutions/screens
Technical Stack:
- Expertise in UX software such as adobe XD Balsamiq Sketch Figma and CSS Angular Typescript visualization etc.
- Web based platform
Personal Skills
- Strong knowledge of software implementation best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal/written Communication Interpersonal and Presentation skills. And can explain complex functional/technical concepts with ease (via diagrams flowcharts etc.).
- Should be a self-motivated independent detail-oriented responsible team player and exhibit exceptional relationship skills
- Candidate to have a do-it-done attitude; the ability to think critically; enjoy working with teams spread globally and across cultures; a desire to learn in new areas; and the discipline to pay attention to deadlines details and quality.
- Able to provide technical recommendations and solve technical problems
- Ability to adapt quickly to an existing complex environment.
- The ability to quickly learn new concepts and software is necessary
- The successful candidate will have a self-motivated get-it-done attitude; the ability to think critically; enjoy working with teams spread globally and across cultures; a desire to learn in new areas; and the discipline to pay attention to deadlines details and quality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with the team in Europe & India
