Job Summary
Were looking for a Operator to join our Transloading Facility Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00
What youre responsible for:
- Safely operating a crane to lift move and position metal materials within the facility
- Lifting and transporting metal materials using attachments such as magnets or grapples and safely place them in designated areas or processing equipment
- Loading and unloading trucks and containers ensuring proper weight distribution and load security
- Collaborating and communicating effectively with team members supervisors and other personnel
- Conducting pre and post inspections of the crane including overall crane maintenance
- You may be asked to operator the following heavy equipment: Crane Shear Loader
Qualifications :
To join our team:
- Crane Operator certification and/or experience is required
- Minimum of 1 years of experience operating a crane in a heavy industrial setting
- Attention to detail and the ability to accurately position and handle different types of metal materials
- Solid understanding of safety protocols and procedures related to crane operation and material handling
- Familiarity with various crane attachments such as magnets or grapples
