Job Summary

As a key member of our Maintenance Team youll ensure our production equipment and facilities run smoothly and efficiently. Youll also play a crucial role in integrating and optimizing new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair production equipment and facilities including bridge cranes (up to 25 tons)
  • Perform troubleshooting preventive maintenance and equipment calibration
  • Support implementation of new systems and technology upgrades
  • Carry out all typical Millwright / Industrial Mechanic duties as needed

Qualifications :

What You Bring:

  • Journeyman Millwright / Industrial Mechanic certification (or equivalent)
  • Strong mechanical electrical hydraulic and machining knowledge
  • 3 years experience ideally in manufacturing
  • Excellent troubleshooting multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
  • Machining experience is an asset
  • Able to lift 40 lb regularly; up to 100 lb occasionally
  • Willing and able to work bi-weekly rotating shifts (day/evening) including weekends
  • Team-oriented safety-focused and reliable
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills

Additional Information :

Physical Demands:
Frequent standing walking lifting climbing and manual handling. Must be able to work in tight spaces and at heights. Visual acuity and the ability to focus are essential.

Work Environment:
Youll work in a steel fabrication facility with exposure to noise vibration fumes heat and moving equipment. Use of PPE and adherence to safety protocols is mandatory. This is a safety-sensitive position with direct impact on personal and team safety.

This position requires you to work bi-weekly rotating day/evening shifts.
