This hands-on role is primarily focused on delivering an exceptional à la carte breakfast experience making you the face of our morning service. Youll not only showcase your culinary expertise but also enjoy the opportunity to engage directly with guests ensuring their day begins with warm hospitality and memorable cuisine.
In this position youll prepare high-quality dishes contribute to menu development and help oversee daily kitchen operations. Youll also mentor junior team members uphold food safety standards and help maintain a smooth efficient kitchen environment.
What Youll Do:
- Take ownership of our à la carte breakfast service crafting elegant and flavorful morning dishes
- Be the primary point of contact with breakfast guests confidently discussing their stays and gathering feedback
- Contribute to room service buffet larder mise-en-place and banqueting preparations as needed
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene food safety and kitchen cleanliness
- Collaborate on the development of creative seasonal menu items that enhance the guest experience
- Guide and mentor junior chefs fostering a culture of learning and excellence
- Ensure smooth communication and teamwork across all sections of the kitchen
Qualifications :

- Trade qualifications and previous experience in the hotel industry preferred.

- Flexible and able to embrace and respond effectively to change.
