Job Summary
We are looking for Mechanical Engineers to join our team in Tampere through the VIE program..
As a Mechanical Design Engineer you will contribute to machine and equipment delivery projects working on individual components or larger assemblies. You will collaborate closely with ALTEN Finlands design teams and participate in the development of high-quality engineering solutions.
Depending on your interests and background your tasks may include:
- Designing mobile work machinery
- Plant engineering (maintenance platforms layouts piping process equipment etc.)
- Engineering lifting accessories and conveyor systems
Qualifications :
The following qualifications will help you succeed in this role:
- A relevant engineering degree (Masters in Mechanical Engineering) and professional design experience
- Proficiency in CAD tools such as NX SolidWorks Vertex G4 Inventor or Catia
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- A proactive independent working style
- Willingness to work in an international environment and adapt to new settings
